The Elements - Where You Start

CrossFit training is a great way to get back in shape, get in shape for the first time, or increase your fitness to levels you didn't even think were possible. Before attending any group CrossFit classes, you must complete our Elements course. The Elements are four training sessions that teach you the basic movements commonly encountered in CrossFit workouts. This is your opportunity to become familiar with the movements and "ramp up" to the intensity of the group classes. This way, you will feel safe, confident, and ready to go! We limit our Elements classes to only three participants per class in order to provide the most personal attention as you learn. Our goal is not to just take you through the movements, but to help you understand fitness. Here's what people are saying about the Elements:

We don't use machines and we won't put you on a treadmill. We use methods that have been proven to get results. If it doesn't work, it's not in our program. Functional movements are the safest and most effective exercises when performed correctly. You will start seeing results from our training almost immediately! 

Schedule:

Each course is two weeks in length (4 total sessions), and sessions last 45 minutes each. Most Elements courses are scheduled on the following dates/times:

Monday/Wednesday 7:00pm
Tuesday/Thursday 6:15am

We have Elements sessions starting continuously. Please contact us for the most recent start dates! If the above dates do not work in your schedule, we will do everything we can to schedule your Elements at another time - just ask!

Cost:$250 - Schedule your Elements with a friend and each save $50!
