Start Training

CrossFit training is a great way to get back in shape, get in shape for the first time, recover from an injury and improve your health. You will learn functional movements that will increase your overall fitness as well as your quality of life. A typical training session is 45 minutes long and includes a warm-up, skills practice with extensive expert coaching, an infamous CrossFit workout and cool down. Your first 4 sessions will take you through our Elements program where you will learn all the movements commonly used in CrossFit training as well as the philosophy behind the program. After completion of the Elements program, you may continue personal training or join our group classes.

We don't use machines and we won't put you on a treadmill. We use methods that have been proven to get results. If it doesn't work, it's not in our program. Functional movements are the safest and most effective exercises when performed correctly. You will start seeing results from our training almost immediately!
