CrossFit training provides a constantly varied stimulus to prepare you for anything that may come your way. Our specialty is not specializing. We're not runners; we're not weight lifters; we're both. This leaves you prepared for any sport you play, and activity or hobby you like, and any unforeseen events that may occur.
Our training is limited only by our imagination and will power. Our workouts are always different, and rarely repeat. By varying movements, intensity, reps, sets, and rest, each workout is unique. Some workouts provide more strength work, while others have a stronger aerobic flavor. Others work with anaerobic intervals and some incorporate maximum efforts or loads.
The fact that every day is a different workout can be scary or liberating, depending on what you're used to. Rest assured we will never ask you to do anything beyond your abilities. All our movements are scalable or can be altered to fit your specific needs.
