Next Challenge: Jan 9 - Feb 10
The Eat Real nutrition challenge is a 33-day period where we focus on eating the right foods. It is not a diet in the short term sense, but rather a healthy and sustainable way of eating. Eat Real will change the way you think about food. It will reset your tastes so that you enjoy eating healthy, real food. It will help you break your bad habits, show you how to create healthy meals, and allow your body and gut to heal itself. And when it’s over, you are going to feel better than you ever have before.
We will be very specific about what you have to do. If you stick with it for 33 days and decide it's not for you, then you can go back to your old ways. We’ll give you credit for trying and leave that decision up to you. However, we’re pretty sure you will love how you feel, love how you look, and how much your overall health improves. And we’re betting that you’ll love those things enough to keep doing it. In fact, over 90% of Eat Real participants make lasting changes in their diets after the program ends.
Here’s the challenge: For 33 days, eat only “real” (i.e. Paleo) foods. Simple, right? We’ll even tell you exactly what these “real” Paleo food are. Assuming you live to be 72 years old, 33 days is only .1% of your entire life. It’s a blink of eye – that can change your life!
Here’s the only thing you need to remember:
Eat meat/eggs, vegetables, fruit and approved fats.
