Before attending any group CrossFit classes, you must complete our Basics course. The Basics is a six-session training course that teaches you the basic movements commonly encountered in CrossFit workouts. This is your opportunity to become familiar with the movements so you will safe, confident, and ready to go in our group classes. We limit the number of athletes in each Basics course in order to provide the most personal attention as you learn.

- $150 for any group Basics course*
- $300 scheduled privately
If you start with a friend, you will EACH save $50 on your Basics!
*Rescheduled sessions in the group Basics course are $25/session.
