Unlimited Training: Most Popular! This option is great for those who are serious about getting in shape quickly. Each month, schedule as many appointments during our regularly scheduled training times as you like! This is our standard training option and carries a 6-month commitment. Our coaches make a serious commitment of time and effort when you begin training with us. They lead you through each and every workout you complete. We ask that you make a commitment to them as well. While we don't recommend everyone start with the Unlimited Training option, you can always upgrade to this level from any other training option, at any time.
*Athletes must be family members living at the same household. Maximum athletes for Family Training is five, with up to three adults (18+ years old). Click here for information on our kids classes. 2x/week Training: A Great Place to Start! This training option is a great place to start if you are new to fitness or trying to get back into shape after taking a bit of time off. We recommend combining this option with additional activity on your own, such as a sport you enjoy. You will be able to schedule two appointments each week at any of our regularly scheduled training times. You may upgrade to Unlimited at any time during your agreement. The commitment length is 6 months.
*Athletes must be family members living at the same household. Why CrossFit Rockwall? "In the process of moving, visiting different cities, etc, I have had the chance to visit several gyms. There. is. none. like. Rockwall. NONE. CrossFit Rockwall is the best, I am convinced. Your coaches are so organized, and give such thorough instruction. When you walk into a class, you know what to expect, and it is immediately apparent who the coach is. PLUS, I love how you write our weights and times on the whiteboard- every single person! Your programming builds on itself, so I could SEE my improvements from week to week, and month to month... you get the drift. The way you make a point to introduce everyone - even the drop-ins- is awesome. And, at CrossFit Rockwall, it is a standard to find the air in your lungs to gasp "good job" as you pass someone on a running WOD. It's awesome. This really doesn't happen everywhere. I'm pretty happy with my new CrossFit so far, but after visiting several other gyms, I'd come home and just be kinda sad because none were Rockwall! Classes were disorganized, or I wouldn't even know who was coaching till they started the timer. On a personal note, when I began with Ellie in 2011, I was so out of shape! I'd gasp for air after rowing, double-unders, or hollow rocks. Now, when I go to other gyms, I'm finishing in the top 1/3 all the time. I'm so proud of how far I've come, and want to keep getting better. CrossFit is the ONLY thing I've stuck with consistently on my own since high school.
